Hi, I'm Robin and thank you for looking at my website!
I have just turned 55 years-old, and have been training for much of my life. Despite a number of health issues (glaucoma, a condition known as fibromyalgia, and a heart condition which means I have had three heart attacks), I have made training, and the gym an extremely important, and integral part of my life. I am a writer, author and publisher, as well as a coach and trainer focusing on health and fitness for the over 50s, and for clients that haven't trained for quite a while, or are over-weight and / or very unfit.
In short, I provide holistic body transformation coaching for people around my own age and above, which includes individual one-to-one home (and gym) based Personal Fitness Training, as well as Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Pain Management and Body Healing and shortly Life Coaching.
The benefits of exercise are huge and no matter what your level of fitness and health, and regardless of your age, physical situation or circumstance, it is NEVER too late to get fit, to physically and mentally heal, and to transform both your body and your mindset.
